Goes to Chicago to Begin Campaign for Fairbanks

Chicago, May 21.–Joseph B. Keating, of Indianapolis, arrived here today to open headquarters from which will conducted the campaign of Charles W. Fairbanks for presidential nomination on the Republican ticket. According to Keating the headquarters will be ready in one of the largest hotels within ten days.

J. M. Dodson, of Kansas City, Mo., has prepared a compulsory arbitration of labor disputes plank for submission to the resolutions committee of the Republican convention. It declares for a “constitutional amendment and remedial legislation which will safeguard the interests of both capital and labor.”
