Woman Asks $50,000 For Death Of Son

Sandusky – Judgement of $50,000 for the traffic death of her son is sought in a petition filed in Erie County Common Pleas court by Mrs. Ruth Niceswanger against Wilfred F. Keating. Both parties live in Huron. Mrs. Niceswanger is the administratrix of the estate of her son, Terrell. D. Cook.

The plaintiff charges five specific counts of negligence and states that Cook, who was employed at Kiddieland amusement park, Huron, was operating a motor scooter to the park when he was struck by an auto driven by Keating killing her 16-year-old son. The accident occurred in June, 1958 on Rts. 2 and 6 on which the amusement park is located.
