Lillian Keating
Lillian Keating (nee Gardiner), 90, of Elyria, died at Elyria Memorial Hospital this morning after a brief illness.
She was born in Providence, R.I., and was a 16-year resident of Elyria.
A member of St. Mary Church, Elyria, she also belonged to the Jolly ’60s and Pioneer clubs.
Surviving are a daughter, Lillian McLaughlin of Elyria; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Her husband, James, preceded her in death in 1967.
Friends may call at the Curtis-Scheufler Funeral Home, Elyria, Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
The Altar and Rosemary Society of St. Mary Church will recite the rosary Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services will be Monday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home with 9:30 a.m. Mass following at St. Mary Church, Elyria.
Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria.
Christian wake services will be Sunday at 8 p.m.
