Mr. and Mrs. E. Rowland Keating of Morningside Ave. announce the birth July 24 of a son, Philip Rowland Keating, at St. Francis Hospital.
Mrs. Keating is the former Felice McParland, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Felix J. McParland of McPherson Blvd. Paternal grandparents are Francis A. Keating of Pembroke Pl., and the late Mr. Keating.
