     Albert Francis Migan III was born on 4 April 1969 at Maryland, USA.1 He was the son of Albert Francis Migan Jr. Albert Francis Migan III died on 21 March 2001 at Fruitland Park, Lake County, Florida, USA, at age 31; Albert was killed in a motorcycle accident. A car pulled out from a side street in front of him and he could not avoid the car. The other driver was arrested at the scene on a previous hit-and-run warrant. A memorial service was held for Albert Francis Migan III on 1 April 2001 at Beyers Funeral Home, Leesburg, Lake County, Florida, USA.
